How do I cancel my child's FLX Account?

Please note that if you cancel a FLX account: 

  • FLX subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Your child’s FLX card will be permanently disabled. 
  • You'll lose access to transaction history for the associated FLX accounts.
  • All FLX accounts, including savings accounts and targets, will be closed.

 

To cancel a FLX Account:

1. Open the Flexischools App and tap 'Profile' from the bottom navigation menu. 

2. Under  'Students' select  the child whose FLX Account you want to cancel.

3. Under   'FLX Account', tap '[Your Child]'s FLX Accounts'.

4. Under the image of your child's FLX card, select the 'Card Settings' dropdown.

5.You'll see a 'Close FLX Card and Accounts' link at the bottom of this section. Click this and follow the prompts.

What happens to my remaining balance?             

Any remaining balance on your child's FLX accounts will be automatically transferred back to your Flexischools Parent Wallet.
