How do I lock my child's FLX Prepaid Mastercard?

If your child's card has been lost or stolen, follow the steps below to prevent future transactions.

1. In your Flexischools App, tap your child's account.
    
   
2. Tap the "Card Settings" toggle.
    
   
   
   
3. Tap the icon above "Lock".
   
   
4. Tap the slider and save.
