How do I make an overdue FLX Subscription Payment?

Retry Existing Payment Method:

To trigger your FLX subscription payment to be attempted again using the same payment method, please complete the following steps: 

  1. In the Flexischools App, select 'Wallet'. 

  2. At the top of the page, select 'Update Preferred Payment Method'. 

  3. Ensure the payment method you would like to use has a green tick next to it.

  4. Press 'Update'. Pressing this button will trigger your selected payment method to be attempted again.  

Change Payment Method:

To trigger your FLX subscription payment to be attempted again using a different payment method, please complete the following steps: 

  1. In the Flexischools App, select 'Wallet'. 

  2. At the top of the page, select 'Update Preferred Payment Method'. 

  3. If your preferred method has not yet been added, select 'Choose another way to pay' and add your payment details. 

  4. Ensure the payment method you would like to use has a green tick next to it. 

  5. Press 'Update'. Pressing this button will trigger your selected payment method to be attempted again.
