How do I reset my child's FLX pin?

Resetting your child's pin can easily be done via the Flexischools App.

1. Log into your Flexischools account and click on your Account tile.
   
   
   
2. Tap "Card Setting", select "PIN".
   
3. You will be sent a code which you must enter into your app. Select the preferred method by which you'd like to receive your code.
   
   
   
4. Enter the the new pin you'd like your child's FLX card to have. Then enter the one-time code sent to you. When you are finished, select "Set PIN" to finalise the process.
