I have received my FLX Prepaid Mastercard. What do I do next?

• Check that your parent has finished the FLX registration, activated your FLX prepaid Mastercard® and set your PIN.

• Download the FLX App onto your device.

• Log in to the FLX App using the username and password your parent has set up for you.

• Now you're in the app, you'll be able to see your funds available in your FLX Spend and FLX Save accounts.

• You're ready to go and start using your FLX prepaid Mastercard in-store or online.
