Before topping up via EFT, please carefully note the following:
- You must include the correct reference/description. Without this, Flexischools will be unable to credit the correct account and your funds will remain unavailable.
- Funds will not be available until 12 pm on the business day following receipt by Flexischools. The time taken for funds to reach the Flexischools account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution. You will receive an email when the funds are available in your account.
- Your order has not been placed. You will need to start your order again once funds are available in your account.

On the Flexischools App:
- Select ' Wallet' in the bottom navigation menu.
- Tap the ' Top Up ' button
- Select ' Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit) '
- Follow the instructions provided on your screen on how to perform the Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit) to top up your Flexischools wallet.
On the Flexischools website (via web browser):
- Select ' Top up wallet ' at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu
- Select the 'Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit)' option
- Follow the instructions provided on your screen on how to perform the Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit) to top up your Flexischools wallet
