I'm receiving an error: "We are not able to log you in at this time. This is likely due to system maintenance". What do I do?
If you are receiving the above error message when logging in, we recommend that you clear your cache.
Below are instructions on how to do this, based on the browser you're using. One you have completed this step, be sure to try logging in again.
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings".
- Go to "Privacy and security" → Click "Clear browsing data".
- Select so that there is a white check mark against both of the following selections: "Cookies and other site data" & "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data".
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings" → Go to "Privacy, search, and services".
- Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear".
- Select so that there is a white check mark against both of the following selections: "Cookies and other site data" & "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear now".Open Chrome.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click on the three lines (≡) in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings" → Go to "Privacy & Security".
- Scroll to "Cookies and Site Data" → Click "Clear Data".
- Select so that there is a white check mark against both of the following selections: "Cookies and Site Data" & "Cached Web Content"
- Click "Clear".
MacOS Safari
- Open Safari
- Select Safari > Settings > Privacy
- Click Manage Website Data
- Select the websites you want to remove data from
- Click Remove or Remove All
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Since Internet Explorer is outdated and no longer supported by Microsoft, consider switching to a modern browser like Edge or Chrome for better security and performance.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the "Delete Browsing History" window.
- Check Temporary Internet files and website files.
- Click Delete.
