FlexiPOS - processing refunds

Refunding a specific transaction

You can refund a sale by finding it in 'History', tapping it and selecting 'Refund'

  1. Go to History on FlexiPOS IMG_0074.png
  2. Select/tap the transaction you want to refund
  3. On the transaction window, check its the correct transaction then tap "refund"
  4. Confirm you want to refund by tapping "confirm"

Cash Refunds

Along with refunding an existing cash transactions, you can refund ANY cash amount by:

  1. Go to "Keypad"
  2. Type in the amount of the refund, tap Add item
  3. Tap cash
  4. Tap the "refund" button - note this will change the amount to a negative
  5. Tap "Confirm Refund"

Zeller EFTPOS Terminals

  1. On FlexiPOS - Go to History screen
  2. Locate the EFTPOS transaction you wish to refund, tap it
  3. Tap refund
  4. A window will tell you you must refund this transaction on the terminal leave this open
  5. On the Zeller Terminal - Open the menu tap "Transactions"
  6. find the transaction you want to refund, tap it to open the details
  7. Tap "Refund" and follow the prompts
  8. Return to FlexiPOS and on the transaction refund window tap YES to confirm the refund so its recorded correctly on your reporting from FlexiPOS.
