FlexiPOS - Take EFTPOS payments using ANZ Wordline Tap on Mobile

Step 1: Set up the ANZ Worldline Tap on Mobile App 

1.1. Register via the online portal

Before you begin, you must have applied and been approved for a Tap on Mobile Merchant Facility with ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions.

Once you've been approved, you'll receive a welcome email from noreply@worldline.com. 

  1. Open the email and click ‘Confirm registration’

  2. Create a password for your account

You’ll use these login details to access the Online Portal and complete your setup.

 

1.2. Download the ANZ Worldline Tap on Mobile app

If you're using a Swift 2 or Swan 2 terminal, the ANZ Worldline Tap on Mobile app will be pre-installed, and you can skip this step.

For other devices: 

⚠️ Note: Tap on Mobile can only be used to take FlexiPOS EFTPOS payments on Android devices that support NFC (contactless) payments. 

 

1.3. Open the app and accept permissions

When you open the Tap on Mobile app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to:

  • Agree to the User Agreement

  • Grant necessary permissions, as required by payment providers and the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) to ensure secure payments

After accepting these, you’ll be shown a one-time registration code.

 

1.4. Register your device in the online portal

  1. Open the Tap on Mobile Online Portal: https://taponmobile.portal.anzworldline-solutions.com.au/
  2. Log in using the email and password you created earlier
  3. Click on Terminals

4. Select any free terminal, then click ‘Registration’

5. Enter the one-time code shown on the ANZ Worldline Tap on Mobile app

6. The portal will then display a code - enter this back into the Tap on Mobile app 

✅ You have now successfully registered your device and are ready to use it! 

💡 Tip: If you’re registering multiple devices, click ‘Edit’ on each terminal in the portal to give it a name that helps you identify which device is which.

 

Step 2: Connect ANZ Tap on Mobile With FlexiPOS

2.1. Download the FlexiPOS app

If you're using a Swift 2 or Swan 2 terminal, the FlexiPOS app will be pre-installed, and you can skip this step.

For other devices: 

  • Download the FlexiPOS from the Google Play Store

2.2. Enable EFTPOS through ANZ Worldline Tap on Mobile 

  1. Open the FlexiPOS app and login using your provided credentials
  2. Tap the menu icon (top-left corner), then select Settings
  3. On the Settings page, enable the EFTPOS option by switching the toggle on

4. You'll be prompted to select an EFTPOS provider - choose ANZ Worldline 

5. FlexiPOS will then connect to the ANZ Tap on Mobile app. Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation screen indicating the integration was successful

 ✅ You are now ready to take EFTPOS payments on the FlexiPOS app!
