How do I cancel a scheduled one-off payment in CDFpay?

To cancel a scheduled one-off payment in CDFpay:

  • Click on the ‘School fees’ tile on the home page. 
  • Click ‘View statement’ on the ‘My fees’ page. 
  • Click on the ‘Payments’ tab.  
  • Click on the scheduled payment you want to cancel.  
  • Click ‘Cancel payment’.  

Note: A payment cannot be cancelled once it is in ‘Pending’ or 'Confirmed' status on the day the payment is scheduled to be processed.
