How do I cancel an active plan in CDFpay?

To cancel an active plan in CDFpay:

  1. Click on the ‘School fees’ tile on the home page.
  2. Click ‘Manage plan’ on the ‘My fees’ page.
  3. Click ‘Cancel plan’.
  4. Confirm you want to ‘Cancel plan’. 

Note: A scheduled plan payment cannot be cancelled once it is in ‘Pending’ or ‘Confirmed’ status on the day the payment is scheduled to be processed. All other scheduled plan payments will be cancelled when the plan is cancelled.
