Please note that the funds used to make the cancelled order will be returned to your Flexischools account balance.
Flexischools App (also applicable to CDFpay app)
- Press the Order icon on the bottom navigation bar.
- Select the relevant order and click the 'Cancel order' button at the bottom.
- Tap yes to confirm.
Your order will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your Flexischools wallet. If you are unable to cancel please refer to the pop-up message and contact your school directly using the provided information.
Flexischools Website (Desktop Site)
- After logging in, select the 'Orders' tab.
- Then click on the order to expand the order that you wish to cancel.
- Finally, select 'Cancel Order' and confirm.
