How do I manage school fees in CDFpay?

Click on the ‘School fees’ tile on the CDFpay home page to make a payment towards your school fees balance or set up a plan.

CDFpay will automatically link school fees to your CDFpay account if:

  • You have added at least one child’s details under a fee-enabled school’s name in CDFpay, and
  • Your CDFpay account email address matches the primary email address the school has on file to send out fee statements. 

If CDFpay does not match email addresses, you will be able to manually link school fees in CDFpay by clicking the ‘School fees’ tile on the home page, then following the on-screen instructions to ‘Link school fees’. 

Important: Only one parent or guardian per fee statement account code (Debtor ID) can link and manage school fees in CDFpay. 

If you have children across multiple schools, the same automatic and manual linking processes will apply so long as the above conditions have been met.  

The current fee balance for all your children at each fee-enabled school will display on the home and ‘My fees’ pages in CDFpay.
