How do I upgrade my TLS version for Flexischools UserSync or Print Top Up?
This update requires a small Windows security setting change that must be performed by your IT team or system administrator.
Your IT team will need to do the following on the Server that hosts the Flexischools UserSync or Print Top Up tools:
- Open the Registry Editor with administrative rights
- Update the relevant TLS registry settings by following the Microsoft documentation, which is available here
- If you prefer a preconfigured .reg file, simply submit a support ticket and our technical team will get in touch to support you.
