How to add and manage item options (updated)

We've upgraded the way that you can manage your options, simplifying this functionality and introducing some exciting new features including: 

  • SKUs & COGS for options: You can now add SKUs and COGS directly to your item options for streamlined tracking and better insights.
  • Quantity sell limits for options: You're now able to set sell limits for individual options, offering even more control over your inventory. See the video below for a preview!

Accessing the new options page 

  1. On the Item Summary page, click the kebab menu (the three dots) next to an item and select "Modify Item Options". 
  2. Or, click on the item to go to the existing items page, where you'll see a helpful blue box letting you know about the move.
