How to clear cookies and cache in your browser

When using a browser, some data from websites are saved to make your online experience easier by providing faster loading times when you visit. When you clear cookies and cache, it can fix loading, or formatting issues that are caused by old data stored on your device.

Based on the browser you are using, please follow the steps to clear your cookies and cache to experience the up-to-date version of our portals:

 

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select "Settings".
  4. Go to "Privacy and security" > click "Clear browsing data".
  5. Select so that there is a white check mark against both of the following sections: "Cookies and other site data" & "Cached images and files"
  6. Click "Clear data".

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear".
  4. Select so that there is a white check mark against both of the following sections: "Cookies and other site data" & "Cached images and files".
  5. Click "Clear now".

 

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click on the three lines (≡) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select "Settings" > go to "Privacy and Security".
  4. Scroll to "Cookies and Site Data" > click "Clear Data".
  5. Select so that there is a white check mark against both of the following sections: "Cookies and Site Data" & "Cached Web Content".
  6. Click "Clear".

 

MacOS Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Select "Safari" >  "Settings" > "Privacy".
  3. Click "Manage Website Data".
  4. Select the websites you want to remove data from.
  5. Click "Remove" or "Remove All".

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Since Internet Explorer is outdated and is no longer supported by Microsoft, consider switching to a modern browser like Edge or Chrome for better security and performance.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the "Delete Browsing History" window.
  3. Check "Temporary Internet Files" and "Website Files".
  4. Click "Delete".
