How to enable guest ordering on an event

Guest ordering allows people without a registered Flexischools account to order for your event on Flexischools using a mobile web browser.

To allow guest purchase on your event service simply follow these steps:

    1. In the supplier portal, click on services - > events to locate your event
    2. Edit your event by clicking the pencil

    3. On the first tab "Service Basics" click the slider next to "Allow Guest Purchase" - make sure it is green
    4. Click "Save and Continue" located at the bottom right of the page:

    5. At the top of the page you will see your event name and a link icon next to it - click the icon to copy the URL for the event. This URL can be used for promotion in newsletters, emails or social channels

      (tip: use ctrl+v on your keyboard to paste the link where you need it, or right mouse click and select paste, or if on a mobile device press and hold till the past option pops up)

    6. Guest ordering will be available now once your service is set to ACTIVE:
