How to Order a Stripe WisePad 3 via a Stripe Connect Account

The Stripe WisePad 3 (manufactured by BBPOS) is a compact, Bluetooth-enabled mobile card reader designed for use with the Stripe Terminal SDK. This can be used with the M20 or BYOD FlexiPOS devices. 

 Ordering Directly from the Connected Account's Dashboard

1. Log in to the Stripe Dashboard using the connected account's credentials.
2. Navigate to Terminal in the left-hand navigation (may sit under a "More" or "Payments" grouping depending on Dashboard version).
3. Select Order readers (sometimes labelled Shop or Hardware).
4. Choose WisePad 3 from the available hardware list.
5. Select quantity.
6. Confirm or edit the shipping address.
7. Review and confirm the order total (device cost + shipping, where applicable).
8. Submit the order. A confirmation screen and email will include an order ID and estimated delivery window.
9. Track shipment status from the same Terminal > Orders section of the Dashboard.
