When is the latest a parent cancel an order?

Parents can cancel their orders based on how you process them. Cancellations occur based on how you choose to process your orders: 

Print only

• Once orders have been printed, they are locked and can no longer be able to be cancelled by parents. This can mean orders can be cancelled on the day of the service.

Daily orders email

• Orders provided at the end of the day via email attachment will be locked and can not be cancelled by parents.
