I have not received my order. What do I do?

Here are a couple of things to check.

Did you receive an order confirmation email?

If so, please contact your service provider (for exampl,e your school's uniform shop  or your canteen/tuckshop) directly with your query, as the items are all prepared and delivered by them. 

Were you charged for these items?

Be sure to check your Flexischools account history, as you may have topped up your account, but not completed all the steps to place the order.
