I want to close one of my children's profiles

If a child is leaving school but you still require your Flexischools account, you can remove that child's profile from your account.

Flexischools App (also applicable to CDFpay app)

1. Select the Profile icon on the bottom navigation bar.

2. Select the relevant student to expand their details.

3. Scroll down and select ' Remove Student ', please ensure to press Save to finalise.

Flexischools Website (Desktop Site)

1. Select 'Students'
2. Click on the relevant student to expand their details.
3. Press on the 'Remove Student' button and select 'OK' to confirm.
