Pair your EFTPOS terminal with FlexiPOS software using Linkly
Follow the below instructions to pair your EFTPOS terminal with FlexiPOS software using Linkly:
- Obtain your Linkly username and password from your bank (who provided you with the EFTPOS terminal), tell them you would like to link your “FlexiPOS by Flexischools” POS software using Linkly Cloud v2.

- Zeller Terminals - you can request your Linkly Credentials yourself see below customer EFTPOS instructions.

- Once you have your credentials, in FlexiPOS, go to the menu at the top left and select “Settings”.
- To enable FlexiPOS for EFTPOS transaction turn on EFTPOS using the slider so its green.
- Tap on “Pair” button.
- Enter the credentials the bank gave you and tap “update credentials”.
- On your eftpos terminal follow the terminal guide to setup pairing (this can be obtained from your bank, usually a function key and a set of 4 numbers), the terminal should display a paring code.
- Enter the pairing code from the terminal into FlexiPOS and tap “Pair Terminal”.
*Note: if the bank is sending an 'installer' for the EFTPOS terminal then the installer should have the Linkly credentials. Ensure you get a copy of these credentials in case you ever need to reinstall FlexiPOS on the device.
Custom EFTPOS Terminal instructions:
Ingenico Move 5000:
- Press FUNC 7410- note if the terminal does NOT respond to this then Linkly cloud has not been configured on this terminal. Contact Ingenico on 1800 333 189, press 1 for merchants. FUNC 1110 will generate the TID to give to the operator on the phone.
- Press 2
- Press ENTER
- Press 1 (cloud comms)
- Setup wifi - you will need your local wifi password
- Once wifi setup complete (shows wifi details) press skip
- Press cancel to go back home
- Pair code should display - if not then press FUNC 8880 and enter
Zeller Terminals
- In the menu choose "POS"
- Then next to POS System tap "Setup"
- On the POS Pairing screen tap the "Select POS Software" and search for "Flexischools" and select it
- Tap Next
- Choose YES to already have Linkly credentials (if you do not choose NO here and you can request them)
- Tap Next
- Terminal display (this is what the Zeller terminal shows while its waiting for the POS to send it a transaction) the standard "Screensaver" option is fine unless you want to display custom text
- Tap generate pair code (make sure you are ready on FlexiPOS with the pairing screen open as you only have 30 seconds to use the code)
- Enter this into the pair code screen on FlexiPOS and tap pair
It will take up to 2 minutes to complete the pair. Once successful make sure you leave the Zelller terminal on the "Take Payment" screen or showing the screensaver otherwise it will not accept transactions from FlexiPOS.
NOTE: Zeller terminals do not support direct integration for refunds. To process a refund you still find the transactions in FlexiPOS in the history screen and tap refund, you then must actually preform the refund on the Zeller terminal the complete process is found here
