Print/Photocopy integration with Flexischools

Flexischools integrates with the Papercut, Bear or Fuji Xerox print solutions. Setup as online payments that synchronise automatically to a student’s print account. Print account online payments are “top-ups”, set amounts that are credited in full directly to the Papercut system and remain separate from available funds for the canteen. Parents link their student’s card to their Flexischools account, select the top-up required and that amount will be automatically credited to their corresponding papercut account.

This top-up method allows schools to independently configure credit directly on the papercut system as required, the paid credit through the Flexischools system simply adds to this amount.

  • Funds are separate from available funds the student can spend in the canteen
  • Integration with Papercut, Bear and Fuji Xerox
  • Parents must link a student card to their Flexischools student profile
  • If card number not matched on 3rd party Print System then the top-up is cancelled and funds returned to the parent.
  • Top-ups are one-way from Flexischools to the Papercut system
  • Funds are available within 5 mins

 

Installation Requirements

The Flexischools print control service is installed as a windows service and may be located  either on the same server as the print solution or elsewhere on the network. External access to webservices.fleximeals.com.au via ports 80 and 443 is required. Login credentials to the print solution (e.g. Papercut) must be provided for configuration.
