What CDFpay notifications will I receive about school fees?

We will send you email notifications when: 

• Your school fees are successfully linked
• Your school fees are due soon or overdue
• You set up, edit and/or cancel a payment plan
• Your one-off payment has been scheduled
• Your payment is successful
• Payment is unsuccessful, and we re-try
• We cancel your payment or payment plan
• We recalculate your payment plan (e.g. a payment is made outside CDFpay, a new discount applied by the school or new fees are added by the school)

We will also send some notifications in the CDFpay app. You can disable these notifications in your mobile phone settings.
