What is the Platform Fee?

Service fees that Flexischools account holders pay depends on the  arrangement between Flexischools and the particular service provider or school you are ordering from.

The exact fees that are applicable to the service you are using will be displayed to you in the app, before they are charged.

Platform Fee

For some schools and service providers, the account holder services fee is charged at the time you add funds to your Flexischools account, via a Platform Fee.

The Platform Fee is 22c - a flat amount, no matter the payment method you use, or amount you top-up or spend.

Because the Platform Fee is the same whatever the amount, topping up a larger amount less often means it applies fewer times, if that suits your family.
