Where can I view fee payments made outside CDFpay?

 To view fee payments made outside CDFpay:

  1. Click on the ‘School fees’ tile on the home page.
  2. Click ‘View statement’ on the ‘My fees’ page.
  3. Click on the ‘Payments’ tab.
  4. View fee payments tagged as ‘Other’:
    • ‘Other’ – any fee payment made outside CDFpay
    • ‘Payment’ – CDFpay one-off payment
    • ‘Plan payment’ – CDFpay plan payment

Note that it may take a couple of days for fee payments made outside CDFpay to appear in CDFpay.
