Why don’t I see the option to set up a payment plan in CDFpay?

You won’t see the option to set up a payment plan in the following scenarios: 

• Your school fees are fully paid, or
• You have overdue school fees from previous years.

In the case of overdue school fees, you must pay these fees in full before you will be presented with payment options for your current year fees.
