How can I place multiple orders at once?

Log into Flexischools via the App or website
Select 'Order food'
Select your student
Select the service (for example Lunch)
Select the date you'd like to place your order for
Add selected items to cart
Complete steps 2-6 for as many orders, services, students or dates as you wish.
Once complete, you can complete the check out process for all orders at the same time from your Cart, or you can also edit individual orders as required (for example, adding or removing individual items for specific days). You also have the option to add additional orders from the cart, too.
Once you are happy with your orders, simply check out, and you'll receive one order confirmation email for all of your orders.
If you need to modify or cancel an order - for example, if your child is off sick on a day they're scheduled to have a lunch order, you can follow the steps outlined here: How do I cancel an order? You can also view and manage all of your orders from the Order History screen, which you can learn more about here.

This is a great timesaver for kids who habitually order the same thing for recess or lunch, or have regular orders. You can complete one checkout for multiple orders, across multiple services and dates, for multiple students.
