How can I receive (or turn off) low balance email alerts?
You have the option to receive an email alert when your Flexischools/CDFpay parent wallet balance drops below a certain threshold.
To turn on Low Balance email alerts when your wallet drops below a certain amount
In the Flexischools app:

Navigate to Profile

Tap on Preferences
- Under Account activity emails in Communication Preferences, set the toggle next to 'When my wallet balance drops below:' to ON and add a dollar amount to the section below.
When logging in via the website:

Navigate to Profile
- Select Preferences
- Under Account activity emails in Communication Preferences, set the toggle next to 'When my wallet balance drops below:' to ON and add a dollar amount to the section below.
If you would like to top up your account, you can do so by following these instructions. You can also set up an automatic top up by following these instructions.
