How do I reorder my most recent order?

We recently launched a feature called 'order again' or 'fast ordering' - which allows you to quickly place your most recent order again. This is a great timesaver for kids who habitually order the same thing for recess or lunch! 

  1. Log into Flexischools via the App or website
  2. Select 'Order food'

  3. Select your student

  4. Select the service (for example Lunch)

  5. Select the date you'd like to place your order for

  6. If you have previously placed an order for this service, you'll be prompted to reorder your most recent order:

  7. From here, tap 'add to cart'

  8. If you wish to repeat the same order for additional days, simply complete steps 2-6 for as many service dates as you require. 

  9. Once complete, you can complete the check out process for all orders at the same time, or you can also edit individual orders as required (for example, adding or removing individual items for specific days).
