I got an email/notification to say my scheduled payment was not successful. What should I do?

We recommend you: 

  1. Check you have sufficient funds available to cover the payment and any applicable card surcharges before the next re-try.
  2. Check you entered your bank account or card details correctly in CDFpay.  

To change the payment method for a one-off payment: 

  1. Cancel the scheduled re-try.
  2. Make a new payment using a different payment method.
