'debtor not found' error message
School Fees Module - entering the debtor ID on my school fee statement returns an error when trying to link it to my account....
If you have tried to manually link a debtor ID and CDFpay app shows you a "Debtor not found" error message this can mean:
1. The debtor ID you entered in incorrect - check your school fee statement
2. Your school does not have an email address against your debtor ID
What to do?
Contact your school to confirm your debtor ID and what email address is linked to it. You can ask them to update the email address to the same one as your CDFpay account and the system will automatically link your account the following day.
Note: Any changes on the school side will take up to 24 hours to update.
