How do I create a new or special service?

There are a range of self-directed resources to assist you, or our team is available to support.

Flexischools offers several service types to help you manage food orders, events, payments, shop items, and more. This guide outlines the different ways to create new services and provides links to setup instructions and support articles.

Not sure which service type you need?
Here’s a quick overview:

  • Food Service – daily canteen orders
  • Special Food Day – one‑off meal/day events
  • Event Service – ticketed events (discos, fundraisers, excursions)
  • Shop Service – items for sale such as uniforms or merchandise
  • Payments Service – simple payments such as P & C donations or contributions
  • New Site Services – additional schools or campuses

  1. Choose the Service Type you want to create

    Food Service 
    For everyday canteen orders with menus and cut‑off times.

    To create a Special Food Day service follow the instructions in the below support article.

    Special Food Service
    For one‑off food days such as sausage sizzles, pizza days, meal deals or fundraiser meals.

    To create a Special Food Day service follow the instructions in this support guide.

    Event service
    For ticketed or school‑based events including discos, trivia nights, fundraisers, concerts, mother’s/father’s day stalls.
    To set up a new Special Event simply follow this support article.

    Shop Service
    For selling physical products or merchandise, such as uniforms, stationery, books or school items.
    If you need to create a Shop service, follow this guide.

    Payments Service
    For simple fee collection where no items, tickets or products are needed. Ideal for donations, contributions, excursion fees, simple one‑off payments
