Get started with the new Shop

Find your way around the Store Portal and set up your shop in a sensible order

The Shop replaces the old Uniform Shop. You manage it in the Store Portal, where you set up products, track stock, pack orders and choose how families collect their items.

Before you start

  • You need a Shop Manager or Fulfilment Manager role for your shop. See Store Portal roles and access.
  • Sign in to the Supplier Portal as you normally do.

Open the Store Portal

  1. In the Supplier Portal menu, select Store portal. This opens the Store Portal.
  2. If you manage more than one shop, make sure the right one is selected. Use Supplier Portal at the bottom of the Store Portal menu to go back and change it.
  3. You land on Storefront, the page where you control what shoppers see.

Note: If you don't see Store portal in the Supplier Portal menu, your shop hasn't been moved to the new Shop yet.

What each menu item does

Section Menu item Use it to
Fulfilment Orders See, pack and hand over online orders. The number beside it is how many orders are waiting to be packed.
Fulfilment Inventory Check stock levels and adjust them.
Fulfilment Audit Trail See every stock movement and who made it.
Fulfilment Purchase orders Coming soon.
Catalogue Store Front Create collections and decide the order shoppers see them in.
Catalogue Products Create and manage everything you sell.
Catalogue Add-ons Create extras such as embroidery that customers can add to items.
Insights Financials, Reports Coming soon.
Settings Online ordering Set packing days, pickup, delivery, closures and policies. Shop Managers only.
Settings Shop settings Shop-wide settings such as order fulfilment. Shop Managers only.

A sensible setup order

  1. Create collections on Store Front. A product is only found by shoppers once it is in an active collection. See Create and manage collections.
  2. Create your products. Start with Create a standard product, then try variants and bundles.
  3. Add stock by turning on Track inventory and entering Stock on hand on each product.
  4. Set up online ordering under Online ordering. See Online ordering settings overview.
  5. Publish your products when you're ready. Products you save as drafts stay hidden from customers.

Good to know

  • The Store Portal works on a phone or tablet as well as a computer.
  • Your Shop items can also be sold at the counter in FlexiPOS. See Take Shop orders in FlexiPOS.
  • Logout at the bottom of the menu signs you out of the Store Portal and the Supplier Portal.
